Yes, if it’s already a blog-style or theme-style account. Personal profiles or accounts tied heavily to another brand may not be eligible.
Your earnings depend on how much you post and how your clips perform. There is a base amount for approved posts, and additional bonuses when your content hits certain performance milestones (for example, view and engagement thresholds). In simple terms: the more high-quality clips you create that perform well, the more you can earn.
